AR Champs!

Every month we have a PBS assembly and each class has a chance to get a trophy for there class to keep until the next PBS assembly. Their is a trophy for each grade and a bigger trophy for the overall winner.

All classes, if they get a 90% or higher get a prize. We have had popcorn and a movie, Subway, and Christmas caroling in the gym. We have never won the trophy before. In each grade, one class wins the trophy for the month. We won for fourth grade this month! We get ice cream for our prize and we get to keep the trophy until the next PBS assembly.

Today is my b-day! My birthday party was February 18th. My origanal birthday was February 22nd and it was a blast it was so exciting!! On my birthday at like 11:30 my dad and me went to my Aunt Martha Jeans house and I found out a very special person was my cousin cause it started on my dads side and her momom and her popops side I think that was the most interesting thing I have discoverd my whole entire life. So that day that girl came over my house at 12:30 and had dinner with us at Park Place and it was sooo funny! Then we went back to my house for b-day family party and it was fantastic. I saw my Aunt Martha Jean and my Aunt Cindie and my Popop Dog and a couple more people. I got wonderful gifts and that was the awesome b-day!!!

SPCA Visit

We read a TFK about kids helping out in their community. We wanted to help out in our town too, so we started collecting things for the SPCA to help the animals.

We collected food, toys, blankets, and towls. We had over three full bags of dog food, tons of blankets, boxes of dog treats and lots of toys like tennis balls, nerf footballs, and frisbees. Then a volunteer from the SPCA came to get the all the things we collected. When she came she brought two dogs. Her dog, Jake, who she adopted from the SPCA and a puppy that is at the SPCA now.

Here are some pictures from our meetings! Jake is the big dog in the first few pictures. He was abused before Mrs. Simon adopted him.

Today Harley turns 10 years old! She wanted to share some information with you about her birthday celebration!


I am having a birthday party on the 22 of January and I going to have 10 girls sleep over. Eight{8} girls are from my gymnstics class and 2 are from Middletown and I knew them from birth. But the best part is that my brother Ring might not be there cause he might be at a friends house. My mom and dad {Janet and Ring} are going to be there to take care of us. I going to have cupcakes for school and my B-day.

Happy Birthday Natalie!

Natalie is 10 years old today! She wanted to share some information with you about herself.


My favorite sport is baseball. My favorite food is a burger from Burger King. I am turning 10 years old this year and my favorite team is the Baltimore Ravens. My favorite hobby is playing outside and especially Ice Slipping where my friends and I try to stay on the ice on the trampoline. Whoever slips is out. My favorite movie is Despicable Me and my favorite song is 'The City is Ours' from Big Time Rush.

Brenda's birthday was actually on January 1, but because we were still out on Winter Break we didn't get a chance to share some information about her with you.

Hi my name is Brenda. I turned 11 years old on New Year's Eve. We do the countdown ever year and then we celebrate my birthday when it turns 12:00am!

I have 2 brothers. Their names are Anthony and Christian. They are 2 years old and 13 years old. My two sisters are Valerie and Vanessa. They are twins and both 7 years old. My mom's name is Francesa. My friends are Madelyn, Tare, Harley,Janiya, Kaylie, Elizabeth, Natalie. I like to do math, read books, and watch TV. My favorite channel is ABC.
